(More customer reviews)We purchased the Sylvania SIP3045 Portable Speaker Dock for iPhone/iPod (Black)because we wanted to listen to our iPods and Pandora radio while we were cooking in the kitchen. This product solved our issue of not having speakers in that room. We have been pleased with the sound quality of this item; however, the remote is quirky. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Also, we have found that using the Speaker Dock is not as intuitive as we were hoping. I have had to refer to the manual now and then to figure out the functions. The remote is not easy to use if you are over 40 and need reading glasses, because the letters are written lightly onto a black background...bad combination for us old folks. Otherwise, we use this product regularly because we like the way it charges our iPods and iPhones while playing music. Plus, we love the portability of it and that fact that it was very affortable!
