(More customer reviews)This accesory kit is a nice addition to the Witness. The largest part of the kit is the large adaptor on the power cord. This can be plugged directly into the bottom of the Witness or plugged into the charger base then the Witness can be easily inserted into the base for charging. The large adaptor is not very mobile to add to your suitcase but is its greatest advantage is that it has very little AC hum, even when charging while recording. The silicon sleeve is great protection to the Witness and because the keypad is nearly flat, hunting for the keys while listening in the dark is now easier because of the small hole over the center play/pause key. The only suggestion I would make to the kit would be to enlarge the charger base so that it would accept the Witness while installed in the silicon sleeve. Currently this tight fitting sleeve has to be removed if you want to charge the unit in the base, which is not worth the hastle. I already knew of this disadvantage before ordering so I was not disappointed when using it. It would just make sense if the base would be wider to allow charging in the base while the Witness was in the silicon sleeve. I would highly recommend this kit with the great hum free adaptor alone.
