(More customer reviews)I was frustrated by this WiFi radio. I had already installed a new router and was looking forward to getting some Big Band music via the Internet.
The ARIR150 was a bit difficult to set up, but I got my Personal Profile set up on the website to list my Favorite Stations, and an AR voice on the radio even proclaimed that I had everything working.
Except the radio would NOT download sync to my favorite stations. I even went back and defaulted and re-booted the whole thing and tried it again. It never worked.
The AR help lines seemed to be outsourced, and I tried THREE help messages, and only got ONE response, which wasn't helpful. He suggested "rebooting" without telling me how to do it.
I sent the radio back for refund, and bought a VTech which has been wonderful.
The only good thing about the whole transaction was that J&R Sales Company was understanding and immediately credited my account.
