(More customer reviews)I bought this iPod player as an upgrade to the cheap ones I kept buying. I brought it home, and loved it. It had good sound, the remote worked well. But I can't give it a good review because it stopped working after just over a year. I didn't have the receipt anymore, because I expected to keep it until it crapped out...which I thought would be longer than a couple years. I paid over a hundred dollars for this at the time, I expected it to last!
Also, I tried to get customer service for it from Memorex, and couldn't get anyone to help me.
I should have paid a little more, and got the Bose.
