For the mid-price, the sound is OKAY, frankly, if you want great sound, save up the several hundred dollars and buy a Bose. What you get here is something akin to a table radio with a spot for your I-Pod. I have an I-pod classic and a Nano (2009 model) and they both get into the dock easily. The volume is adjustable; despite the other reviews here, I am having no sound/volume problems. So far, I have used this as a desk player and at an event where I just wanted some music as I sat around with people passing by. The Tag-along is VERY lightweight, making it easy to cart around. Overall, a satisfactory music maker if you don't get your expectations too high.

Sony NWZB105FBLK 2GB Walkman MP3 Player (Black) Review

(More customer reviews)I am a complete novice to MP3 players, and only a little computer savvy. I have resisted the MP3 craze for a long time now because I am an old school audiophile and prefer "albums" to "tunes". But when my FM headphone unit I used for workouts at the gym crapped out on me, I decided to take the plunge, assuming they could be had with FM capability for the option of watching the TVs at the gym.
I have to say I am pleasantly surprised at how easy this Sony is to use, and how good it sounds. I did have to download an updated version of Windows Media Player, but once I did that even a tech dummy like me easily ripped my favorite CDs to my computer, and "sync-ed" the songs to the MP3 player.
And the sound is pretty good for a relatively cheap set of earbuds, with actual bass and good clarity. I'm not going to give up my multi-thousand dollar stereo anytime soon, but for car and gym use, it will do very well.
My only problem is finding an armband for it, seems any elastic armband with a small sleeve would work but I'm haven't found one yet.
[EDIT]I did find a cheap armband that looks promising, a Nextar MA-ASAB01. The Sony fits pretty snugly and is still accessible due to the clear plastic pouch of the Nextar.

(More customer reviews)The T7 Volcano is not a bad little pen drive like mp3 player it plays ogg mp3 and i think even flac has firmware upgradability but not very recently updated last time i checked their website
If you are a geek this is a great device lots of features but kind of hard to learn all the buttons.
Very nice and bright screen a shame that it doesn't do more but still excellent oled tech and even controls for display time/brightness.
FM Radio excellent as well as Recording Radio not very intuitive interface for either but both work well.
Browser feature is very nice for looking for files on the device and very fast.
Sound is excellent as all iriver products.
Very smooth design is super sleek but not super user friendly buttons sometimes require extra dexterity to use.
Great Battery life approximately 4 hours loud music or 12 hours radio/talk mp3 podcasts.
I feel for the price this product delivers.

Eviant T7UC Under Cabinet 7-Inch Television, Silver Review

(More customer reviews)I'm keeping this unit only because it fits the space that I wanted it in very well - I'm not at all happy with the performance of it.
I purchased this TV to mount on a very large desk that I have. The mounting is pretty straight-forward (they supply a cardboard drilling template and a few different spacer options). One thing to keep in mind on the mounting - make sure to allow for extra space for the speakers when drilling your mounting holes (the template does not have this space added).
Electronically, this is just a very average to below-average unit. I'm using cable as my video source. The TV that was in this location previously had an excellent picture. This unit has a snowy picture, and very poor color balance (I have tried adjusting it many times - it never does get a "good" picture).
The sound is awful. You have to create a balance between two different volume sources - one on the front of the main unit, the other on the TV itself (controlled by buttons on the TV, or by the remote). Between the two, if you turn it up to the point of what I would consider normal volume, you hear a faint but noticeable high-pitched whine (my Jack Russell Terrier hears it too...). The quality of the sound is pretty bad too - very thin and tinny. They should have added an Audio Out Jack, so that you could hook up a decent set of amplified speakers to it.
The Power button on the front of the unit is a cheap, spring-loaded design; I can tell that it will create problems in the long run (it has already stuck a few times).
The clock display is a bit annoying also - most digital displays will display the single-digit time without a zero in front nowadays - 3:00, for example. This clock displays it as 03:00.
The remote must use very unique frequencies - I was not able to program my regular Tivo remote to it (not even when cycling through the hundreds of preset codes that the Tivo remote has). I then purchased a "learning" Tivo remote - even that remote wouldn't accept the "power" or "volume down" functions ("volume up" was the only button that would accept the programming).

This is a great radio, the best pocket radio with a built in speaker that I have seen. Sangean usually has terrible reception and their radios usually have a lot of noise between stations but this one receives and selects as well as my Sony! Definitely get this if you want apocket radio with a speaker!

Cobra HHROADTRIP 40-Channel CB Radio Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased two of these units for our emergency "go" kits and regularly carry one in the truck.
I like the size and features where you have both CB and weather channels, the hot swap between services is handy as is the CB channel 9/19 hot key. The noise filter does work and gives better reception under some conditions.
Some limits I've found: The antenna designed for use with the unit in CB hand held mode limits communications to under a quarter mile line of sight in my case and the magnetic vehicle antenna will go about half a mile. I'm looking for a better mast antenna for the vehicle.
The weather channel reception is comparable with my scanner.
One thing that I didn't realize when I purchased the radios, and this would have made a difference to me, the A/C charging adapter is NOT part of the package and must be bought separately so if you want to stay off of the battery charger merry-go-round I recommend buying the charger when you buy the radio. Be aware also that the power cord provided for use in a vehicle does NOT charge the radios batterys.
What I really don't like and almost caused me to return the radios: These units use 9 - "AA" batteries, I purchased 18 rechargable batteries - about 5 bucks each, I hadn't purchased the chargers with the radios and ended up buying the biggest stand-alone battery charger I could find locally, all of the chargers I found work in paired sets and mine handles 8 at a time, so 9 is a real pain.
